Terms and Conditions

  1. Site Preparation and Access
    1. All quotations are given on the premise that the erection site is within 10 meters of available parking for motor vehicles. If this is not possible the customer is requested to provide transportation to within 10 meters. If this is not possible a reasonable charge will be made to allow for the additional handling. If access is impossible or dangerous for staff, the building will be left tidily stored but unassembled for the customer to arrange erection. Payment for the goods must be made in full on delivery.
    2. Megashedz (hereafter referred to as the company) acknowledges that reasonable access is not always possible. Where a customer is unable to comply with the above it is the customers responsibility to provide accurate information to allow for any additional cartage or handling fees to be accurately calculated prior to delivery.
    3. It is the customer's responsibility to prepare a level plinth (we will supply a plan for the base with all order confirmations), we allow a tolerance of 1" in Level. We recommend that you choose a competent contractor to carry out base preparation.
    4. Where an adequate base has not been prepared upon arrival, the customer will be advised of any remedial action required to make the base suitable. Outstanding balance must be paid and the building will be left tidily stored but unassembled at the customer's premises. An additional charge will be made if our joiners are to return and complete the assembly.
  2. Payments
    1. A 40% deposit is payable on receipt of orders over £1,000, with the balance to paid strictly on day of delivery. Other orders require full payment on order.
    2. All buildings are made to customer's instructions. Deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced on a customers order. A Part refund may be made at the sole discretion of the Company, based on the extent of work undertaken and/or quantity of materials ordered or used.
    3. The Customer will advise the company of a delivery date when placing an order. Where the customer delays delivery for more than three weeks beyond the agreed delivery date for any reason, a further payment of 30% of the total cost must be made to the company.
    4. Delivery dates are quoted as accurately as possible but circumstances beyond our control may result in the time of delivery being altered.
    5. All goods remain the property of Megashedz until the purchase price has been received in full. The company reserves the right to enter any premises for the purpose of recovering the Company's property in the event of full payment not being received. Any cost's incurred in connection with such repossession howsoever caused will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  3. Others
    1. Clerical errors either verbal or in writing maybe subject to correction.
